In December, there were five new listing and three sales at The Verve, which is a 200% increase in sales compared to the one sale in December of the previous year.

Year to date, there have been a total of seventy new listings at The Verve, which represents a 48.94% increase over the forty-seven listings during the same time period last year. However, there have been a total of fifty-seven sales, which represents a 42.50% increase compared to the forty sales during the same time period last year.

The average price for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit moved to $341,304 which represents a 26.72% increase year-to-date and the average price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit moved to $420,753, which represents a 21.87% increase year to date.
