THE VERVE

The Verve is one of the most pet friendly condominium developments in Kelowna. The Verve allows either 1 dog and 1 cat, 2 dogs or 2 cats. Strata lots that are above the ground floor level allow 2 dogs, each weighing no more than 40 pounds, while strata lots on the ground floor level allow 2 dogs, each weighing no more than 40 pounds, or in the further alternative, one dog weighing no more than 80 pounds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any dog which has ever attacked a human being or another animal without provocation, or any dog which is identifiable as being entirely or partly composed of a breed including “American Pit Bull Terrier”, “Staffordshire Bull Terrier”, “American Staffordshire Terrier”, any “Bull Dog”, or “Rottweiler”, or which is classified as being a “vicious dog” by bylaw passed within any municipality of British Columbia are not permitted.

Rentals are permitted with a minimum requirement of 30 days. Short term rentals are not permitted.

A 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom unit rents for approximately $1600-$1800 per month.

A 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom unit rents for approximately $2000-$2200 per month.

The Verve is comprised of an oversized, kidney shaped pool, full-sized beach volleyball court and an outdoor cook area with several gas BBQs, so you can truly live the Okanagan Lifestyle!

The Verve is located on the corner of Glenmore Road and Yates Road. Glenmore Road is on a direct bus route to UBCO via the John Hindle Drive expansion.
