In January, there was a total of 4 sales, which represents a 50% increase over the 2 sales in January of the previous year. The average price for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit increased to $284,000, which represents a 4.08% increase (based off a single sale) and the average price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit increased to $351,000, which represents a 1.82% increase year to date.
This is a good indication that sales are going to continue strong into the Spring Market and we are going to see an increase in sales volume in 2020.
