However, there have been a total of thirty-four sales, which represents a 70% increase compared to the twenty sales during the same time period last year.

The average price for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit moved to $325,379 which represents a 20.81% increase year-to-date and the average price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit moved to $399,992, which represents a 15.86% increase year to date.
