In November, there were seven new listing and three sales at The Verve, which is a 200% increase in sales compared to the one sale in November of the previous year.

Year to date, there have been a total of sixty-five new listings at The Verve, which represents a 41.30% increase over the forty-six listings during the same time period last year. However, there have been a total of fifty-four sales, which represents a 38.46% increase compared to the thirty-nine sales during the same time period last year.

The average price for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit moved to $338,970 which represents a 25.86% increase year-to-date and the average price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit moved to $418,124, which represents a 21.11% increase year to date.
