In April, there were seven new listing and four sales at The Verve, which is a 300% increase in sales compared to the one sale in April of the previous year.

Year to date, there have been a total of twenty-two new listings at The Verve, which represents a 22.22% increase over the eighteen listings during the same time period last year. However, there have been a total of nineteen sales, which represents a 111.11% increase compared to the nine sales during the same time period last year.

The average price for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit moved to $322,163 which represents a 19.62% increase year-to-date and the average price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit moved to $369,590, which represents a 7.05% increase year to date.
