However, there have been a total of fifteen sales, which represents a 87.50% increase compared to the eight sales during the same time period last year.

The average price for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit moved to $322,163 which represents a 19.62% increase year-to-date and the average price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit moved to $345,956, which represents a 0.21% increase year to date.
